In the previous news we explained how we would not have participated in fairs and events which could have kept us too busy and, in fact, in the last month we declined 5 invitations. However, we didn't refuse the one from Confartigianato of Udine because they were very interested in us and therefore we will show our products to Udine3D Forum. We are very grateful for this opportunity offered to us and we hope to meet many interesting and interested people.
In those days there is also the last race of MotoGP with Valentino Rossi in the battle for the tenth world championship.
Since we are his fans we could not miss to take the opportunity to create something that would combine these two events and so we designed these gadgets with the number 46! The design is open source and can be found here. Note that it is 46mm wide and 4.6mm thick because nothing is left to chance!
One final note, probably our booth will be a bit less active during the race, as already happened at TEDx Vicenza when they were racing in Assen and when Rossi won in the last chicane against Marquez... We hope this is a good omen! #ForzaVale

As said in the title, this year we will not be in Rome because some things changed in the last period and we evaluated that at the moment for us it is more important to have financial certainties than investing in fairs and events that don't bring great results.
In past years we participated in many important, beautiful and fun exhibitions, but we have noticed that rarely there is a great return in terms of work.
So we believe it is appropriate to take some distance from the world of "makers" and to start to get serious. In fact, in recent times we have noticed more and more that this world is composed of many elements that only speak.
So, "poche ciacoe e lavorare"! (#TalkLessDoMore)
The important and serious works are not lacking and then we continue on that road.
At the moment our priorities are: first finishing university studies, then carrying on the good work that we are doing with SpringLab, also collaborating on the creation of the FabLab Vicenza and maybe we also have a few more projects to be defined.
This is our program of growth, what do you think about it?

On the 27th of June TEDx Vicenza will be held in one of the most important places of our city: the Teatro Olimpico.
For all the people who couldn't get the ticket, the organizers in collaboration with Confartigianato Vicenza, prepared a space in the loggias of Palazzo Chiericati where you will be able to follow the event via live stream.
We will be there to show our products and our activities.

Let's pick up where we left off, which is the Ferrara Drone Show, and we think that it was a nice event, without a lot of visitors but all interested. In the picture you can see Chris Anderson, the CEO of 3DR, with the farmer drone. Chris Anderson seemed very interested about the project and he spoke well about it in his review of the exhibition, publishing also this video.
The interesting participation at Ferrara Drone Show made us know a bit better the world of drones and made us make "friends" with ENAC. We discovered that, as in other sectors that we are in contact with, it's full of talks and few actions. Since we prefer the philosophy "Poche c iacole e lavorare" we created a Tumblr blog where we joke about these things.
Let's close the parenthesis about drones to tell you about the next events we will participate: like last year will participate at the Trieste Mini Maker Faire, which this year will be held on 9 and 10 May. Also like last year we will participate at RoboVal, which in this edition will be held on 23 and 24 May in Verona.
In these days there are the registrations to next Maker Faire Rome, usually when there is a "call for makers" we are always among the firsts to answer, but this time we have some doubts because of the bad experience of the previous edition, what do you suggest?
